You hold the first four rounds on Jubilee, then the FG42 walks and the fifth and sixth go over the shoulder. On a controller that climb is a mechanical problem, and Black Ops 7 has spent five seasons making the weapons that punish it hardest. Season 6 adds three more on September 17.

What a BO7 script has to get right

Most scripts sold for Black Ops 7 are judged on the length of their feature list. Three things actually decide whether one is worth running in multiplayer:

• Per-weapon values. An FG42, a VMP and a Mammoth do not kick the same amount. One global number is correct on whichever gun it was tuned against and wrong on everything else.
• Profile switching you do not think about. Multiplayer is loadout swaps, ground pickups and fast respawns. A script that needs a menu trip every time you change guns gets set once and left wrong.

What it does not do

What Season 6 changes on September 17

Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 6, The Haunting, goes live on September 17 at 9AM PT. Activision confirmed four new weapons: the VMP submachine gun and TR51 Para assault rifle in the Battle Pass, the Roc 20mm through an event, and the Arcblade melee weapon in-season.

Three of them want profiles. The VMP is a fast, stable SMG, so expect a light vertical value close to the MPC-25. The TR51 Para is semi-auto with minimal base recoil, until its Prestige barrel converts it to full auto and it becomes a different gun. The Roc 20mm is a 20mm cannon with heavy recoil and a low rate of fire, and it wants a genuinely aggressive profile.

Two attachments move existing guns. The Dravec 45 Aftermath magazine is documented as hurting recoil control, so a saved Dravec profile is no longer right once it is on. The VS Rebound Havoc Repeater turns the VS Recon into a fast semi-auto, which invalidates any sniper profile built around single slow shots. Why the seasons keep breaking free scripts

Anti-recoil is a counter-input measured against a specific recoil curve. Season 5 nerfed the AN-94 and moved the Swordfish A1's burst delay from 280 to 300 milliseconds. Season 5 Reloaded raised FG42 recoil and moved its ADS time by ten milliseconds, which is enough to make compensation start before the weapon is aimed. None of that shows up as a broken script. It shows up as two rounds per burst going somewhere else.

Multiplayer and Warzone from one file

Warzone engagements sit further out, plates extend every trigger pull and half your fights happen on ground loot, so a multiplayer profile feels wrong on the big map. What happens on October 23

Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2. Infinity Ward rebuilt recoil and movement, so BO7 values will not carry over, and a launch-day retune is included with the copy of Laser Elite you already own.
